Privacy Policy

This policy explains what ELHARIFA (“we”, “the app”) collects when you use the ELHARIFA mobile app or this website, why we collect it, and what control you have over it.
Information you give us
- Account details — the name, phone number or email address, and profile photo you supply when you register.
- Football profile — your position, team membership, match results, statistics and HarifX rating.
- Content you post — team names and crests, challenges, feed posts, reactions and comments.
- Booking details — the pitch, date and time when you reserve a stadium slot through the app.
Information collected automatically
- Usage and device data — app screens opened, actions taken, device model, operating system version, language and approximate region. Collected through Google Firebase Analytics.
- Location — only if you grant location permission, and only to show nearby pitches and rival teams. You can revoke this at any time in your device settings.
- Crash and performance data — diagnostic reports when the app misbehaves.
This website (elharifa.com) collects only aggregate analytics events, such as a click on the Google Play button. It does not ask for or store personal details.
How we use it
- To run the core product: teams, challenges, tournaments, rankings, the transfer market and pitch booking.
- To calculate HarifX ratings and leaderboards from real match results.
- To send match, challenge and tournament notifications.
- To detect abuse, cheating and fake results.
- To understand which features are used, so we can improve them.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers.
What other people can see
ELHARIFA is a competitive social product. Your display name, profile photo, position, team, match statistics, HarifX rating, leaderboard position and trophies are visible to other users. Your phone number and email address are not shown publicly.
Service providers
We rely on Google Firebase (authentication, database, storage, messaging, analytics) and Google Play services. These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms. Payments for in-app purchases are handled entirely by Google Play — we never receive or store your card details.
Retention
We keep your account data for as long as your account exists. Match results and rankings may be retained in aggregate form after deletion, because they form part of other teams' competitive records — this residual data is not linked to your identity.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account and personal data by emailing support@elharifa.com. You can also delete your account from within the app. We respond to requests within 30 days.
Children
ELHARIFA is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has created an account, contact us and we will remove it.
Changes
If we change this policy materially, we will update the date above and notify users in the app.

السياسة دي بتوضّح إيه اللي «الحريفة» بتجمعه لما تستخدم التطبيق أو الموقع، وليه بنجمعه، وإيه اللي تقدر تتحكم فيه.
معلومات إنت بتديهالنا
- بيانات الحساب — الاسم، رقم الموبايل أو الإيميل، وصورة البروفايل اللي بتسجّل بيهم.
- ملف الكورة — مركزك، فريقك، نتايج ماتشاتك، إحصائياتك، وتقييم HarifX.
- المحتوى اللي بتنشره — أسماء الفرق والشعارات، التحديات، بوستات الفيد، التفاعلات والتعليقات.
- بيانات الحجز — الملعب والتاريخ والميعاد لما تحجز من التطبيق.
معلومات بتتجمع أوتوماتيك
- بيانات الاستخدام والجهاز — الشاشات اللي بتفتحها، نوع الجهاز، إصدار نظام التشغيل، اللغة، والمنطقة التقريبية. عن طريق Google Firebase Analytics.
- الموقع الجغرافي — بس لو إديت الإذن، وبيتستخدم علشان نوريك الملاعب والفرق اللي جنبك. تقدر تلغي الإذن من إعدادات جهازك في أي وقت.
- تقارير الأعطال والأداء — لما التطبيق يقع أو يبوظ.
الموقع (elharifa.com) بيجمع إحصائيات مجمّعة بس، زي الضغط على زرار جوجل بلاي. مش بيطلب ولا بيخزّن بيانات شخصية.
بنستخدمها في إيه
- تشغيل التطبيق نفسه: الفرق، التحديات، البطولات، الترتيب، سوق الانتقالات، وحجز الملاعب.
- حساب تقييم HarifX والترتيب من نتايج الماتشات الحقيقية.
- إرسال إشعارات الماتشات والتحديات والبطولات.
- كشف التلاعب والنتايج المزوّرة.
- معرفة المميزات اللي بتتستخدم علشان نحسّنها.
إحنا مش بنبيع بياناتك الشخصية، ومش بنشاركها مع معلنين.
اللي الناس التانية بتشوفه
الحريفة تطبيق تنافسي واجتماعي. اسمك المعروض، صورتك، مركزك، فريقك، إحصائياتك، تقييم HarifX، ترتيبك والبطولات بتاعتك ظاهرة للمستخدمين التانيين. رقم موبايلك وإيميلك مش بيظهروا علنًا.
مقدمي الخدمة
بنعتمد على Google Firebase (تسجيل الدخول، قواعد البيانات، التخزين، الإشعارات، التحليلات) وخدمات Google Play. المدفوعات داخل التطبيق بتتم بالكامل من خلال Google Play — إحنا مش بنستلم ولا بنخزّن بيانات كارت الدفع بتاعك.
مدة الاحتفاظ
بنحتفظ ببيانات حسابك طول ما الحساب موجود. نتايج الماتشات والترتيب ممكن تفضل بشكل مجمّع بعد الحذف، لأنها جزء من سجل الفرق التانية — والبيانات دي مش مرتبطة بهويتك.
حقوقك
تقدر تطلب الاطّلاع على بياناتك أو تعديلها أو حذفها بمراسلة support@elharifa.com، أو تحذف حسابك من جوه التطبيق. بنرد خلال 30 يوم.
الأطفال
الحريفة مش موجّه للأطفال أقل من 13 سنة. لو تعرف حساب لطفل أقل من 13 سنة، كلّمنا وهنشيله.
التغييرات
لو غيّرنا السياسة دي بشكل جوهري، هنحدّث التاريخ فوق ونبلّغ المستخدمين جوه التطبيق.
