By creating an ELHARIFA account or using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Your account

You must be at least 13 years old to use ELHARIFA. You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile and for anything done through your account. One person, one account — duplicate accounts created to manipulate rankings will be removed.

Fair play

ELHARIFA's rankings only mean something if results are honest. You must not:

• Report fake or agreed results, or arrange matches purely to farm HarifX points.
• Use multiple accounts, bots, or automated tools against the service.
• Impersonate another player, team or referee.
• Harass, threaten or abuse other users.
• Upload content you do not have the rights to, or content that is illegal or hateful.

We may correct or void results, adjust ratings, or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Teams, challenges and tournaments

Team captains are responsible for their squad's conduct and for confirming results. Where both teams dispute a result, we may rely on referee reports or void the fixture.

Pitch booking

ELHARIFA lists stadiums and their stated availability. The booking contract is between you and the venue, and payment is made at the venue. We are not the operator of any pitch and are not responsible for its condition, pricing, cancellation or safety. Availability shown in the app may not always be current.

Referees

Referees listed in the app are independent parties, not our employees. We do not guarantee their attendance, qualifications or decisions.

Harif and in-app purchases

Harif is a virtual in-app currency with no monetary value outside ELHARIFA. It cannot be exchanged for cash and is not transferable between accounts except through features we provide. Purchases are processed by Google Play and are subject to Google's refund policy.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you post. You grant us a licence to display, store and distribute that content within the service so the product can function — for example showing your team crest on a leaderboard.

Availability

The service is provided as-is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we may change, suspend or discontinue features.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time from the app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

لما تعمل حساب في الحريفة أو تستخدم الموقع، إنت موافق على الشروط دي. لو مش موافق، متستخدمش الخدمة.

حسابك

لازم يكون عندك 13 سنة على الأقل. إنت مسؤول عن صحة بياناتك وعن أي حاجة بتتعمل من حسابك. شخص واحد، حساب واحد — أي حسابات مكرّرة بغرض التلاعب في الترتيب هتتشال.

اللعب النظيف

ترتيب الحريفة معناه صفر لو النتايج مش حقيقية. ممنوع:

• تسجيل نتايج وهمية أو متفق عليها، أو ترتيب ماتشات علشان تجميع نقط HarifX بس.
• استخدام أكتر من حساب، أو بوتات، أو أدوات أوتوماتيك ضد الخدمة.
• انتحال شخصية لاعب أو فريق أو حكم تاني.
• التنمّر أو التهديد أو الإساءة لأي مستخدم.
• رفع محتوى مش من حقك، أو محتوى مخالف للقانون أو محرّض على الكراهية.

من حقنا نعدّل أو نلغي نتايج، نظبط التقييمات، أو نوقف حسابات بتخالف الشروط دي.

الفرق والتحديات والبطولات

كابتن الفريق مسؤول عن سلوك فريقه وعن تأكيد النتيجة. لو الفريقين اختلفوا على نتيجة، ممكن نعتمد على تقرير الحكم أو نلغي الماتش.

حجز الملاعب

الحريفة بتعرض الملاعب والمواعيد المتاحة حسب ما الملعب بيعلنها. عقد الحجز بينك وبين الملعب، والدفع بيتم في الملعب. إحنا مش مشغّلين لأي ملعب، ومش مسؤولين عن حالته أو أسعاره أو إلغائه أو الأمان فيه. المواعيد المعروضة ممكن متكونش محدّثة دايمًا.

الحكام

الحكام المعروضين في التطبيق أطراف مستقلة، مش موظفين عندنا. إحنا مش ضامنين حضورهم ولا مؤهلاتهم ولا قراراتهم.

«حريف» والمشتريات داخل التطبيق

«حريف» عملة افتراضية جوه التطبيق وملهاش أي قيمة مالية بره الحريفة. مش بتتحوّل لفلوس ومش بتتنقل بين الحسابات غير من خلال المميزات اللي إحنا بنوفرها. المشتريات بتتم عن طريق Google Play وبتخضع لسياسة الاسترداد بتاعتهم.

المحتوى بتاعك

المحتوى اللي بتنشره يفضل ملكك. إنت بتدينا ترخيص إننا نعرضه ونخزّنه وننشره جوه الخدمة علشان التطبيق يشتغل — مثلًا عرض شعار فريقك في الترتيب.

توافر الخدمة

الخدمة بتتقدّم «كما هي». مش ضامنين إنها تشتغل من غير انقطاع، ومن حقنا نغيّر أو نوقف أي مميزات.

إنهاء الحساب

تقدر تحذف حسابك في أي وقت من التطبيق. ومن حقنا نوقف أو ننهي أي حساب بيخالف الشروط دي.
